Joyride's sizzling hot Detroit-style pizza is now available at Pier 1 on The Embarcadero.

New to the menu at Pier 1: espresso-based coffee drinks and soft serve ice cream. Pair your meal with ice cold beer and artisan wine from local California brewers and vineyards.

Dine inside or on our scenic patio, grab a slice while you walk the Embarcadero, or order to go for the whole family!

We also offer large party and office catering!

What makes Joyride Pier 1 special

  • Breakfast from 7:30am

    We open early every day with breakfast sandwiches on house focaccia, frittata plates, focaccia French toast, espresso drinks and fresh OJ. Your morning stop by the Ferry Building.

  • Full bar & happy hour

    A full liquor license means cocktails alongside local beer and wine. Happy hour runs Mon–Fri, 3–5pm, and we’re the easy after-work stop on the waterfront.

  • Soft serve ice cream

    Ultra-creamy soft serve made with Valley Ford Jersey milk: salted caramel, vanilla or swirl. Or make it an affogato.

  • Seats with bay views

    Grab a table inside or on our scenic patio next to the Ferry Building, or take a slice for a walk along the Embarcadero.
